How to Plant | Chufas are best planted by preparing a firm seedbed by disking. Then broadcast the seed at a rate of 40 lbs. per acre. The seed should be covered approximately 1 inch deep, and this can be accomplished with a cultipacker or by carefully using a disk to cover them. |
